I worked with Erika to buy a house approximately 9 years ago, then again to sell the same house last year. Both times she was excellent. The recent sale was where she shined the most. I was an ?absentee seller.? Living out of town. The house had been rented, and when the renters moved out she handled everything. Setting up yard care, coordinating repairs after the home inspection, everything. Then when there was a buyer SNAFU on the day of closing, she talked me through the issues. She?s is knowledgeable, responsive, competent. And excellent choice for buying or selling.

I built my home in 2006. I loved that home as it was my first. My children grew up in that home and now are 12 and 8. Nothing was harder for my wife and I than selling that home. It took us months to prepare the home for the sale and Erika was always helpful and never caused undue stress. When we finally arrived in December 2016 at a point we were ready to sell, she met with us. In the meeting she was clear and concise and told us what was going to happen and even made some bold predictions. I walked away thinking it was going to be a crazy ride. My fears never materialized. Erika showed our home quickly and it was sold for a great price perfectly as Erika had predicted. I am already a very busy person with responsibility and major stress. Erika executed where I did not have to worry and made this process seamless and easy. Now I need to purchase a new home and I am relying on her 110%. Erika is a great asset in this process of selling or finding a home. How can you beat someone who does exactly what she says she is going to do and when she says she is going to do it? In addition, she was always responsive to us at the drop of a dime.

As a real estate professional, Erika is stellar in every way! Shes ethical, honest, and trustworthy, as well as responsive and patient.
