Erika was wonderful! She had everything lined up when we were ready to list and was available day and night for any of our questions. The photographer and videographer she used did a great job. Erika was very clear and consistent with her communications, made sure our viewings worked around our schedules (kids and work) and gave us the best experience possible. She was very safe when visiting the house (mask and hand sanitizer) and provided masks, hand sanitizers, and shoe booties for the viewings. We listed on Thursday and had offers waiting on Monday. This was our second time working with her, and we'll be sure to work with her next time!
