Erik Brown is an amazingly qualified broker. He also is supported by Bruce Urena who provided excellent support. I relocated from Boston to Los Angeles in a monumental move after living in Boston for my 50+ years. I started exploring the markets years earlier and Erik was happy to invest time educating me on the idiosyncrasies of the CA market. I oversee my businesses commercial leasing in 25 global markets, and Erik shared all sorts of useful detail. Before my purchase, there were several deals considered that I did not pursue/close. All the while, Erik and Bruce supported me on several trips to LA where we would pack several open houses and private tours in a day, until we found the house that I would eventually buy. They helped with inspections, mortgage broker recommendations, escrow agents, insurance agents, temporary housing - not to mention days of driving me around to view 6, 7, 10 and 12 houses.
