We would definitely recommend Erik and his team to our best friends , business associates, and general public. He and his team are very thorough, knowledgeable, and pay attention to the smallest details. Erik and I had been in touch months before we decided to buy, and I threw out some thoughts on what I thought were the most important details in a future home. He knows the entire area very well, this was very helpful in our discussions. When we were ready we looked at 3 houses. The 3rd one said, "Home" as soon as we walked in the door. Needless to say, I LOVE my house and it is perfect for us and our family. I've dealt with a lot of RE agents in my life and most are just looking to get a commission. Erik is the opposite. He's always looking out for YOUR best interest. He will give you inside knowledge that will protect your investment. He is always trying to get a better value for you. During the negotiation process, he is willing to sacrifice his own interests for yours. It would be nice to have an agent like him back home. Anyway, he's created a customer and friend for life.
