About Erich Menzel

Where I'm From I was born, raised, and educated in Iowa, I received my B.A. from Luther College in 1998. When I moved to Colorado in 2000, I brought my strong Iowa work ethic with me. Couple that with my easy-going, friendly, Mid-West attitude and you will find me to be an agent who is intelligent, enjoyable to work with and is dedicated to getting the job done right. Buying or selling a home can be difficult but, I try to make it as stress-free as possible for my clients. Northern Colorado, My Home I live in such an amazing place and I am happy to share it with you. As an agent who has experience up and down the Front Range, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. I just helped my sister downsize from her large home in Loveland CO, and she has now settled into a wonderful local retirement facility. Her long-time friends across the street were very eager to purchase her home. They had previously worked with Erich and highly recommended him to serve as our "Transaction Broker". I had never known such a role existed in the realty business. Erich acted as a neutral third party- to facilitate the transaction and to ensure that both parties were treated fairly. He also turned out to be a compassionate and truly skilled professional. He guided us through the difficult process with grace and ease, staying in touch daily and answering every question with candor and reassurance. If you have a situation like mine, you will be as thankful as I have been to have found Erich!! I can't recommend him highly enough.

Working with Erich has hands down been the best experience we have had when buying a home! He absolutely had our best interests in mind, no matter how many homes we asked him to show us (and there were A Lot). We never felt rushed or pressured and knew he was on our side 100%. I have likely worked with a half-dozen real estate agents over my life. Hands down, Erich is the best I have ever worked with. He was the first buyers agent where I felt he was truly there to represent me, with no underlying bias or pressure for me to get on with it so he could make a buck. He dedicates himself to you, and is loyal to that. He truly works for and watches out for you. I was buying a house sight-unseen and on a time crunch my employer transferring me created. Erich unhesitatingly was willing to hit the road and video-conference with me to be my eyes and ears during a walk-thru, and give honest assessments. He let the process work, and I never got the feeling he was trying to aEURoeget me into a homeaEUR? which is code for, make a quick sale, make a buck, move on to the next. You know, like a used car salesman. I felt with Erich, he followed the mantra that if you do the right thing, everything else will fall into place. Other agents have left me feeling I was duped when the process was over. Erich is uniquely capable of providing the information you need in an unbiased way, and in such a way that you understand you own the decisions you make. Erich did a fantastic job helping us find a home, in an incredibly challenging market. I transferred to Denver for work on short notice, and he really came through for me. I called him on a Sunday night, having already purchased tickets out to Denver metro to look for a home. Erich made room in his schedule with less than 12 hours notice to show us homes! We only had one day to look and he was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and I will add we are pretty particular. Erich was really personable and knowledgeable, if youre looking for real estate near Denver/Longmont he will not let you down!
