ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough great things about Erica and Shelly. We were a Seller and from the moment we had an offer to the day before closing when we received the closing statement, they were both excellent in how the watched and managed the process. We met with 4 Realtors before we listed our property and Erica can as a recommendation from someone. She was not on our list because we didnt know agents in the area and so we initially selected known name firms. Complete mistake. From meeting one (which was the next morning) after we called in the afternoon, she arrived with research on our property, knowledge about the area and comps that made sense. She had a planned strategy and we knew immediately that this was a person we could trust and would do what was needed to market and sell our property. ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY recommend these two.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe have worked with several real estate agents over many buying/selling transactions (some even being personal friends) and I can say that BY FAR this was our best experience. Erica was more-than-knowledgeable, helpful, always available when we had questions, always kept us in the loop on everything that was happening, she was a PLEASURE to work with, and I feel like I gained a friend through this! She went above and beyond to help with the sale of our home for a cross-country move and helped us get top dollar in a crazy market. From the personal visits to give us the "must do's", to the professional stager, to a make-ready/move-out clean!! Top notch from start to finish!! The only bad thing is that we moved states away and Erica won't be able to be our realtor in the future. (Unless we move back, of course.) I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could. 10/10. Highly recommend!!! We have actually already referred her to two other people to help with the sale of their homes just since August. (One just closed yesterday!!) ZillowVERIFIEDHow do I even start talking about Erica and her team? Erica has been an excellent agent since we met for the first time last year. She had answers to all of our questions and was always willing to show us several homes before we decided on what residence to purchase. Going through the purchase of a house is no big task and she helped us in every single step of the way, either explaining the intricacies of a contract, like taxes and fees, all the way to what kind of area was more desirable for a family like ours. She does her research well, keeping up with the demands of serving a market that is always growing and changing. Not to mention that she is friendly, courteous, and someone that we would love to have as a neighbor. We will always have Erica to help us in any other realty endeavor, and for sure will recommend her services to everyone we know. Happy that we found her and that we were in good hands when we bought our property :- ). Her team was also great to work with, and they even sent us pizza and chicken wings at the end of our move in day! We could not have asked for a better team!

ZillowVERIFIEDErica was a fantastic realtor! She helped us find the right price point for the home and was present to assist with all the hassles of negotiating the final agreement. We had numerous delays listing the home due to some personal legal issues, but she was very professional and assured me that it was all going to work out! She very graciously offered her cleaning crew to do a VERY deep clean which made a world of a difference! I was so grateful that she used a professional photographer to capture the great assets of the home and didn't just walk through with her iPhone. We were thrilled with the whole process of working with Erica and would highly recommend her!
