Over 2+ years we looked at every home in a very wide price range it seemed. We started, we stopped, we wanted fixer uppers and then new constructions and everything in between. All throughout the search and 2 failed offers (not their fault) they answered our questions, gave great insight and advice and patiently waited for us to figure out what we really wanted. Eric even helped me measure every square inch of the fixer upper and helped me load the flooring after we decided to go with another home (2 things he said he had never done before). Finally, we found it and Eric walked us through the entire process helping understand what we needed to prepare for. He updated us every step of the way. Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Thank you!
