Erica is a native Baltimorean and started her real estate career in 1997 when she founded ELS Property Management, Inc. She enthusiastically made the transition into real estate sales in 2005 with the passion and commitment of raising the bar in professionalism and becoming an industry leader while protecting the consumers' interest. Erica has been recognized as an industry leader and she's received numerous awards (National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy graduate 2015, Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy graduate 2008 and Shining Star Award 2006, Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year 2009 and Distinguished Sales Associate 2018) for her commitment and outstanding service to the real estate industry as well as her sales production. Erica is an active member of various National professional organizations and currently serves as Vice Chair for NAR's Global Business and Alliances Committee, NAR Federal Political Coordinator, Vice-President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America DC Metro Chapter, FIABCI-USA Board of Directors, immediate past President of FIABCI-USA Mid-Atlantic Council, past Chair NAR's Global Business Council Forums, and current member for the Maryland REALTORS® Global Business CommiZee and past Chair and current member of the CIPS Institute Sub-committee. Erica is the past President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, she's a past Board Member of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she's the past Chair of the Maryland REALTORS Annual Conference Committee (2012), Member of the Learn to Succeed Real Estate Conference & Expo for Belgrade, Serbia and recently (2020) appointed as a Board Member to the Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center.
