About Erica Ramus

Broker/Owner Erica Ramus is President Elect of the Reading Berks Association of Realtors, Past President of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Rotary Club of Pottsville. She has over 30 years of business experience, and is founder/publisher emeritus of Schuylkill Living Magazine. She is active in the Reading Berks Association of Realtors (President 2021), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (serves on committees, has chaired task forces and is a Director there) and National Association of Realtors. Ramus earned her Master's of Real Estate degree (MRE) in 2013 and was in the first graduating class from the National Association of Realtors' Realtor University, one of only 10 other real estate professionals in the United State. Ramus has been named Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce's Businesswoman of the Year (Athena Award), and also been honored with Kutztown University's Young Alumni award and named "Top 20 Under 40" by a local business journal. In 2008 she was named one of Northeast Pennsylvania's "Top 20 Business Women".

I'm not even sure where to begin with how wonderful Stephanie is and that if your in the market to buy or rent that you want her on your side. We just purchased a home and she was a huge role in our dream becoming a reality. From day one her positive energy was contagious and her knowledge in the field was very evident. My case was a fixed income low credit score scenario and I honestly thought I was just going to get a list of things I needed to fix to even look at a house but then we met Stephanie. After having a few other realtors try to help us and the circus we went through with them, on a chance phone call to one of her listings everything from that day turned around. She not only found us a home that fit our family's needs she went above and beyond what any realtor normally would to help us achieve the dream of home ownership. My case got a bit complicated and took more time then normal to settle but she stuck right by our side the whole way through the process and got the job done. Her experience and contacts she used proved invaluable in our case and owning our home would never have happened without her. We just can't recommend her enough or say enough good things about her to truly express our gratitude and thanks for how professional she was and how appreciative we are to have had her represent us during the home buying process. I literally gave up a time or two but stephanie with her positive attitude and professionalism would not accept that from us and continued to push on and in the end here I am looking out my front window this morning of my new home doing my best to return in anyway I can the gratitude and thanks owed to her for a job so well done I am having a hard time putting it all into words. I will be forever grateful for all the hard work she put into us and our dream. I simply can not recommend her enough and put her right up there at the top of the list if you need a realtor for any reason. Thank you again Stephanie we could have never done this without you.
