About Erica McPhail

Since 2008, I have been a licensed real estate agent in the local area. Prior to this, I dedicated ten years of my career to supporting the United States Army through a contract support business. Born in Pueblo, Colorado, I was raised as a military child, relocating frequently throughout my childhood. Madison, South Dakota, served as my hometown before Copperas Cove became my permanent residence. At the young age of 20, I relocated to Central Texas to attend Central Texas College, where I met my husband, David. Together, we have three children, two of whom are graduates of Central Texas High School, and our youngest is enrolled in Copperas Cove High School. The fundamental principles of hard work, determination, effective communication, and teamwork are essential in the role of a real estate agent. These values have guided my leadership, professional endeavors, and personal life. As a real estate agent, I have committed myself to fostering the growth and success of CENTEX Priority Real Estate. My driving force is to continuously improve upon the present and acquire new knowledge daily. I strive to be the best possible agent and provide exceptional service to my clients.
