Erica McDonald

Erica was born and raised in Sea Isle City, NJ but has called Phoenixville, PA her home for over 15 years. Erica comes from a large family of realtors! Her Grandfather started Freda Real Estate Agency in Sea Isle City, NJ in 1955 and was run by her Uncle Matthew and father Jim for decades. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Erica moved to Manayunk for 10 years and spent the first half of her career as a producer in the television industry. In 2010, Erica and her husband Casey moved to Chester County to start a family. It was then she decided to pursue her true passion of Real Estate full time while raising their three children, Samuel, Jack and Vivian. As a long time resident of Chester County, Erica has gained vast knowledge regarding neighborhoods, restaurants, school districts and local facilities. Besides Real Estate, Erica is extremely creative and has a passion for home improvement projects, design and decorating.
