ZillowVERIFIEDFirst indication that we wanted Erica as our broker was even before we met her she had done more work than our previous broker. When we did meet she noted several changes that needed to be done from the previous listing in order to have a successful sale. (Our property was 20 miles East of Brighton, far away from anything) In the first couple of weeks we had more showings than the previous two terms with the previous broker. As time went on the showings had increased until the right offer came in. This must be why the Remax location is called Momentum. Erica was very communicative through the whole process and at no time did I feel like we were left in the dark. I look forward to working with her again.
