In my successful 21 years as a Realtor, I have worked virtually every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers, banks and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. I am a native of the Bloomington - Normal area and grew up within a real estate, interior design and builder's family, which have fueled my passion to help people find their dream home in the area. Many years of real estate experience and on-site learning at construction sites have given me invaluable knowledge to share with clients as I walk through homes with them. Erica was simply awesome from start to finish. She was able to help me find a home quickly in a very fast moving seller's market. Erica was always very responsive if I had questions and reached out to her. I never had to wait long for a reply. She was also great about keeping me informed of new listings coming on the market that I might be interested in. It is evident that Erica is an experienced agent as she was always very knowledgeable about the different areas and neighborhoods around Bloomington/Normal, and she also knew the small details to look for when touring homes. Erica did such a great job with the searching and touring part of the experience, but the offer and acceptance process and her follow through all the way to closing was what really impressed me. She made a typically very stressful process super easy. Erica's communication throughout that process kept me well-informed of next steps and I never had to wonder if I was forgetting something. She was on top of everything and had it all under control. Erica will be the first and hopefully only agent I contact if I decide to put my home on the market in the future.

There are about 9,000 realtors in the Bloomington-Normal area and I have to say that Erica is the cream of the crop!! Its no wonder why she works for the best because she is the best in the business. Extremely professional and personable. I consider her a good friend after all of this. The best part about her is her patience. Finding the right home was a 2 year process for me and Erica was always readily available when called for assistance. I highly recommend her as your realtor!
