The character limit of the review prevents me from listing all of the positive things that we feel about working with Dylan. Dylan was patient with us as buyers, taking the time to truly understand what we were wanting in our home. This allowed us to truly only see listings for homes that we would consider. He patiently worked with us for 4 YEARS to find our forever home. And when we did find that home, he made sure we got it ! We saw the home and he negotiated the purchase of it within 12 hours. This resulted in the sellers cancelling the open house and all scheduled viewings. We WOULD not be in our home if it were not for Dylan. He got us in ahead of everyone else with the connections he has made as a relator and knew exactly what to offer, so it was accepted with no requested modifications When it came time to sell our house Dylan had to deliver tough news that we were anticipating more than what we would be able to get. He was great at breaking this news and figuring out the number we should go to market with. It took one showing to sell our house for full ask and Dylan was able to get generous contingencies included. Both the buying and selling process was stress-free because of Dylans commitment to securing both the purchase and sale of our homes.

Alex was very kind, diligent and stalwart in her efforts to help my fiancA(C) and i find our first home. In order to advocate for us as clients, Her attention to detail and timeliness was impeccable through every single detail of all documents related to us buying a home. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field; If we didn't know something, she would find out. If she didn't know something, she knew someone who did. The only disappointment we had was not spending more time looking at houses with Alex. A real gem of a person and a real estate agent. I can not recommend her enough.
