Erica is a good real estate agent for property owners interested in selling or asset valuation. I selected her over others. She will physically examine your property, interview you to understand your goals, and deliver a property preparation and sales strategy that sets up reasonable expectations for how much your costs and profit is going to be. She even said she don't mind doing a little cleaning to put shine on the place. That's awesome, however I would feel bad if I didn't hit the dust or hire a cleaning company first, rather than see her on her knees. Lol!
