Overall, Erica was an incredible agent to work with. During our first meeting, she helped me lay out exactly what we would be looking for in the area and gave me general ideas of where to search. She was constantly sending me houses that she thought I would like. When it came time to tour houses, she was always willing to get in immediately to walk through them (she even did these tours virtually!!!). When it was offer time, she always kept me updated and wrote strong offers where we were constantly in contention for every house we wanted. During sale of my home, Erica displayed a high degree of professionalism, personability, sales expertise and patience. Though my home was listed towards the end of a significant market downturn, she worked with me to optimize the listing, and successfully sell it at a price that met my expectations. Her suggestions on staging were spot-on. Contacts and recommendations for contractors to help finalize the sale were good. There was some difficulty in finalizing fund distribution, which I attribute to Max Broock corporate offices.
