Erica is very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying or selling real estate, she goes above and beyond in helping. She also takes the time to get to know you personally and generally cares. Her service does not end at closing, I recently received from her a copy of my closing statement so I would have it for my taxes just in case I misplaced the original. Plus the pies she gives away at Thanksgiving are delicious! I highly recommend Erica for your real estate needs.

Erica did an outstanding job for me with the home I bought and then sold again 5 yrs later when I was offered a new role out of state with my company.
