I made an offer on an "ideal" home for a first-time homebuyer couple expecting their first child near the time of closing. The baby arrived 7 days prior to closing but was so peacefully quiet during the final walk through and even at the closing table which made me feel like all 3 family members would be happy in their new home.

I started with buying and selling my own homes with several different realtors in two states. After several successful years in business to business sales, I completed my occupational testing on the first try and starting with Greenridge in April of 2024.

I have a hospitality degree from The Culinary Institute of Michigan, 25+ years of customer service experience, and a wealth of knowledge having dealt with and without a realtor when buying and selling a home.
