I have had several bad experiences with realtors in the past, so was a bit skeptical when looking for realtors to help my husband and I purchase our new home. Eric came highly recommended from a friend of mine and he did not disappoint! He was incredibly responsive and made himself available around my busy schedule, which I appreciated. Before we moved into our home, the sellers were required to replace the a/c unit. I wanted to be sure it was replaced correctly, so Eric came out to the house on a weekend with a HVAC contractor to inspect it. This is just one example of how he went above and beyond. I have recommended Eric to several friends and will continue to do so. He is the only realtor I will ever use!
