About Eric Shenberger
I had been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for vacations and golf trips for more than 20 years before moving to the area. I also took this opportunity to pursue a career in real estate. I have extensive customer service, operations, and management experience. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business minor from Lock Haven University and my Master's degree in Education in Sport Management, Business Concentration, from Millersville University. I always had an interest in real estate and decided to make my passion my career. I live a few minutes from the North Carolina border and serve the Grand Strand area and Brunswick County coastal towns. As a licensed REALTOR in both North and South Carolina. I am also a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, Brunswick County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Outside of real estate, I am an avid outdoorsman. If I'm not at the beach I am golfing, fishing, camping, or driving my Jeep with the doors off and the top down. I truly enjoy the lifestyle on the Carolina Coastline. The beach, intercoastal waterway, and river are minutes away not to mention plenty of unique entertainment and dining options. You can take it easy in the low country or head to historic downtown areas in the local cities. I could not have chosen a better place to live and work and I look forward to helping others make the same move!

I recently helped a couple sell their townhome and purchase a single-family home they plan on living in now that they are retired. They were pleasantly surprised by the sale price I was able to bring in and how quickly the offer came through. For the purchase, I was able to send them a detailed video walkthrough before they were able to see the home. This provides a realistic perspective of the home and what to expect during inspections. We negotiated a good price and furniture, making their move that much easier. In both cases, I took the time to lay out expectations for how each transaction should progress along with possible issues that might arise. I'm all about setting expectations as much as possible.
I always had an interest in Real Estate, when I moved to North Myrtle Beach I took the opportunity to get started. It was the best decision I could have made.
My undergraduate education includes a B.S. in Sport Administration and a Business minor, my graduate degree is an M.Ed. in Sport Management. I have studied operations, customer service, marketing, and management in addition to working for more than 15 years in a variety of settings. I have worked with and helped people from all walks of life and believe I have an ability to connect and communicate effectively with a wide variety of buyers and sellers.
