    I am a happily married father of 2 and a life-long resident of the Duluth area. My goal is to build quality relationships with both Buyers and Sellers.     Highly recommend Eric. My wife and I worked with him to purchase our very first home and we couldn't have been happier with the entire process. We were living out-of-state at the time, but he was terrific at helping us research different areas, tour homes virtually, and promptly answer any questions we had.     Eric already had a great reputation, and he proved it for us during a whirlwind few months that saw us move our entire life out of state just as COVID-19 was shutting the world down.
