Eric and team were great as we searched for a house. Despite the added pressures of looking during COVID and us needing to switch from a multifamily with another buyer to looking for single/condo due to it, they took the changes in stride. Eric made sure that we understood everything since it was our first time buying a house and he connected us with a team of other professionals (ex. mortgage broker, attorney) to get us through the process with ease. He was able to tell us even more about the neighborhoods we were looking in than we already knew - even as MA natives! We were on a fast moving timeline, but he made it work with time to spare.
