Walked in to his open house on Dst tracy, 02/17/24 and no type of welcoming greetings or giving info till i asked and got a very short and blunt answer,. Maybe i wasnt dressed to impress (never judge by the books cover) but i was interested on that property my 4th property even though is a very poor remodel i was willing to put in an offer and finish the work myself,. so i decided to walk out and go shop elsewhere..! Very uncomfortable experience..!
