Here is a list of things that highlight his knowledge, reputation, and care for the well-being of his clients. Eric knows the value of time and will only show you houses that will be good for you. He walks through the house and draws your attention to things that will show up on the inspection report. He knows what a good offer looks like and how to get it noticed. He gives you a list of deadlines, and he follows up on everything. If anything is an issue with the house, he will be with you on every step, offer his recommendations, and still let you make decisions that's best for you. He has a list of contacts necessary for closing (lenders, inspectors, attorneys etc...), and they all enjoy working with him. He is very easy to reach through email and text and he is very good at replying to any question or concern in a timely manner. I couldn't be more happy with his knowledge, wisdom, professionalism, passion, and how he took care of us the whole way through and even after closing.
