Eric Linville

I am a top-producing real estate broker in the Fresno and Clovis CA markets! As a valley native, I grew up in the small town of Lindsay California and have a genuine affinity for the Central Valley. The day after graduation I drove to Nevada where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Returning to the valley within one year of graduating led me to a career path that includes finance, insurance, banking and sales. To expand my knowledge of sales, I returned to school and earned my MBA with an emphasis in marketing in 2012. My real estate career includes working and learning the business from a high producing team, running my own brokerage for 4 years, and strategically partnering with one of the largest new home builders in CA to launch a second brokerage. We have combined our experience, resources and intellect to develop a company that is focused on producing results for our clients quickly, efficiently and ethically. In my spare time, I have invested in flipping homes, owning Airbnb's, and holding long term rental properties in and out of state.
