Eric was absolutely vital in the closing of the sale of my house! He went above and beyond in every single thing he did from preparation to negotiation to the final walkthrough on the day of closing. If not for him I know for a fact my house would either still be on the market or I would have had to have sold it well under what I got for it. Coordinating the sale of a house in Massachusetts while living in Virginia is a logistical nightmare, but Eric made the process smooth and got it done in fantastic time.
