One of the most important lessons I've learned in both life and business is simple: You have one mouth and two ears--use them accordingly. In other words, listen more than you speak. That approach has served me well over my 22+ years in the real estate industry. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I believe real estate is always a defining moment in someone's life. I'm proud to be a member of both the New Hampshire and Maine Commercial Board of Realtors, as well as the New Hampshire Seacoast Board of Realtors. On a lighter (and tastier) note, I'm also the founder of Seacoast Eats, a hyper-local and community-driven Facebook group with over 60,000 members, all celebrating one thing: local food. What started as a happy accident has turned into a vibrant online community that reflects how much I love where I live and work.
