Eric Leitten

Eric came to the Emerald Coast 21 years ago, from Buffalo NY, through the United States Air Force. After his enlistment concluded, he completed his degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and worked program finance in the defense industry. He returned to the area with the F35 program and assisted in producing the very first flights out of Eglin. Once the program was handed over to the military, Eric started his career in Real Estate and hasn't looked back. The beginning was working with one of the area's largest vacation rental managers. There, Eric was immersed in short term rental operations and revenue management. He was tasked with working with 200 owners, and retaining and growing the area rental portfolio. After becoming a licensed agent, Eric moved his focus into sales and hit the ground running, primarily in the resort markets of Destin, Miramar Beach, 30A, and Panama City Beach. He quickly became known as an investor's agent that could analyze and uncover value opportunities in the STR space. Over the years he has worked with beginners to savvy investors, and everything in between. Eric owns short term rentals locally and out of state, and also leads a small, boutique vacation rental management agency with his wife, Donna. He has learned his lessons along the way through the work.
