We had a great experience working with Eric to buy our place. Our search parameters were fairly broad and locations beyond the core Lamorinda area. Eric was patient and accommodating with our broad focus and shared new listings, and provided prompt feedback on places of interest and that we had visited. He was diligent about pulling disclosures and connecting with selling agents to gauge level of interest and strategize on potential approaches based on interest and specific location / market. On places we became more serious about, he provided meaningful comps and added his own color. Eric was patient, helped us prioritize, and didn't pressure us. We had gotten close to pulling the trigger on putting forth an offer for a few places, so Eric's guidance and process was very helpful in our decision making. Eric was spot on in terms of pricing guidance and offer details on the place we eventually made an offer on and purchased. After our offer was accepted and all the way up to the closing, Eric was helpful in managing the process and helping to negotiate / navigate the unique issues that came up on seller and lender side.
