Eric was integral to being not only by the home of our dreams, but be able to buy it at an offer under asking price. Which is unheard of in this market! There were so many instances along the way that could have delayed or derailed the process. Because of Erics responsiveness and connections in the community we were able to avoid all of the pitfalls! It is not a typical purchase because of many factors that had to do with the uniqueness of the home design.
