Eric was absolutely wonderful!! He was extremely patient and worked with us for over 15 months helping us find our perfect house. He definitely looked out for us and pointed out the good and bad in the dozens of houses we looked at. I really appreciated him not trying to pressure us into buying something that wasn?t perfect for our family. I cannot recommend enough!

We used Eric for the both the sale of our home and purchasing our new home. Eric had our first home sold within just a few hours of it hitting the market because he already had buyers lined up. After selling our existing home, Eric started looking at new homes for us. Eric was both knowledgable and extremely patient while we searched. Eric showed us a great deal of homes within a 15 month period and not once did I feel rushed during this process. We told Eric what we needed and he spent countless hours finding exactly what we wanted. Eric made sure that we were fully aware of the type of home we were buying each time we stepped into a showing. We couldnt have been more happy with Erics efforts during this entire process.
