Eric Knight

Eric is a native Wilmingtonian whose family of builders, developers and real estate professionals has called Wilmington home for many generations. He is a graduate of New Hanover High School and North Carolina State University.

Through his family teachings and his own endeavors, Eric not only has extensive knowledge in construction, real estate investment, and historic preservation, but a deep appreciation for hard work, craftsmanship, and a hands-on approach as well. These traits add incredible value and unparalleled service in his clients' buying or selling experiences. Eric, his wife and beautiful baby daughter, Evie, love living in their early 40's era craftsman bungalow in Sunset Park.
