He is a graduate of New Hanover High School and North Carolina State University. I come from a real estate family and have been in the business myself most of my life. When I recently moved to North Carolina, a state where I had no contacts or experience, I was worried about finding a decent agent. I know how hit or miss it can be. I totally lucked out with Eric. He helped me tremendously during my search and my transaction. I was looking at historic homes too, so his extra knowledge in that area was a huge bonus. He went above and beyond when we looked at each house. I cannot sing his praises enough!

Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went over and beyond the call of duty and handled many things on our behalf that we were not able to attend to personally because we no longer reside in the state of North Carolina.
