We love Eric! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and the process is as easy and painless as possible. He knew we had access to a truck with a lift so he brought over pallets and wrap. Showed up with shakes after we signed and officially bought the house. He was willing to play hardball with one seller and made sure we had enough information to make an educated decision about the worth of the house. Now he is helping us sell our house.

Truly great experience working with the Rooftop team and Eric Humes . The Pre List consultation really helped me make informed decisions on what to do to get maximum return and the continuous communication was helpful. The marketing of our house was truly impressive . We knew multiple people in our neighborhood that has listed their house with no offers. With Eric?s guidance we did some basic repairs and touch up and he did the rest. We had 4 offers over list within 48 hours and closed fast with no hiccups . I worked with Stacy and Eric at rooftop to sell my mothers property that was in a confusing probate while living in another state. They took care of everything and made a painful experience a whole lot less painful. They did everything from move the furniture out of house, repairs, painting, cleaning and the yard work! They were knowledgeable about the probate processes and were patient every step of the way while working with my attorney for months! The house received an over asking price within 4 days of being on the market, they made the sale so seamless I never even had to be there. Brad was a great help in selling our house! Anytime I had a request or needed him to meet someone at the house he was very quick to assist me in anyway needed. He really earned his commission.
