Living in the mountains of Mendocino County with his beautiful wife and daughter. Creating a beautiful life around a sustainable living lifestyle; homesteading their land has been a passion for many years. Living on solar power and growing as much of their own food as possible; Eric brings this passion for a healthy organic life to his real estate clients. Living in the central location of Norther California's Mendocino County allows him to represent clients in the Tri Counties Of Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma. He and his wife have been investing in real estate for the past decade. Eric's passion for the real estate industry helps his clients navigate the path in assisting them to achieve success to buy or sell their a home or purchase a cash flow investment property. As transplant from Sonoma County, he has operated his own businesses in real estate and the trades including fabrication, tree falling, earth moving and construction. When Eric is not working real estate or on his investments or researching market trends. He enjoys backpacking in the peaceful mountains of Northern California, fishing, hunting, dirt bike riding and loves camping with the family. Taking his girls to the lake in the summer while enjoying outdoor adventures on Clearlake, Lake Mendocino and Lake Sonoma is a favorite past time. His health and fitness are also very important and allows him to stay at the top of his game mentally and physically. Eric, sees real estate as the best vehicle to drive his family forward while enjoying much success with his family by his side. His lifestyle crosses over to the type of client he attracts to his real estate business. Eric brings his passion for life to helping his clients find the perfect community or type of property for their specific needs.
