He and his wife have been investing in real estate for the past decade. As transplant from Sonoma County, he has operated his own businesses in real estate and the trades including fabrication, tree falling, earth moving and construction. When Eric is not working real estate or on his investments or researching market trends. He enjoys backpacking in the peaceful mountains of Northern California, fishing, hunting, dirt bike riding and loves camping with the family. Taking his girls to the lake in the summer while enjoying outdoor adventures on Clearlake, Lake Mendocino and Lake Sonoma is a favorite past time. His health and fitness are also very important and allows him to stay at the top of his game mentally and physically.
