Eric listed a lot that was not the easiest to sell for our family. Although, I wish he had been the selling agent as well, we finally got it closed. I don't know how he does it, being spread so thin, covering hundreds of miles every week. He knows his business and does an excellent job. In my years of buying/selling properties I have run across many incompetent agents. If I had more business in his coverage areas, there is no question, I would definitely call upon him to complete the transaction. I highly recommend him to anyone listing or selling.Thank you, Eric!

I'm out of the state. Eric keep me informed of everything that w20as going on with the property.. The property went on the market Aug 2017. Needed some repairs and Eric got me a contactor to do the work at a reasonable price. The property closed Apr 2018. Eric did a great job in showing the property. I recomend him to anyone. Forgot Eric sold two houses for me.
