Chloe was fantastic! She is so very knowledgable of the Lake Havasu area. With us new to AZ she helped to educate us of the area and points of interest that met our needs. I cant say enough good things about Lori Catero! She introduced me to Lake Havasu several years ago and helped us find and purchase our first home. We have stayed in contact with her since and every time we have asked for her to show us property, she has done so with a smile and within a day or two--including friends of ours. I happened to ask her to visit a property with us and she did so and pulled several other properties to look at. We weren't serious at the time, but one of the properties she showed, happened to be exactly what we wanted. We wanted to make sure this was the right property and she immediately set up our visits with no hesitation. Lori knows the zoning, i.e., is the area piped for natural gas, and other significant house details. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited in helping us every step of the way. Lori made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure we felt confident in our decisions. Also, she had a buyer who was looking for a home with qualities that ours had, asked if we would be interested in showing, which we were, and ended up selling to her buyer. Talk about an easy and stress free home buying/selling experience! Her expertise, dedication, and positive attitude truly set her apart.
