Lauren was a very nice person. With that said, the purchase of my home was a complete disaster. I had been told that the home was a townhome and that I was good to go with an FHA loan. Come to find out the home was a condominium and the HOA did not carry enough insurance for an FHA approval. Then I went through hoops securing a conventional loan, closing date changes, and so much incompetence and unprofessionalism that it would literally fill a book for me to write it all. It was undoubtedly the worst handling of a transaction in my entire life and I assure you that is no exaggeration. It was quite literally one problem after another and multiple hurdles and barriers that should have never occurred. Then with all of the issues still going on right down to the very last day that I signed over my home and then directly signed the papers for my new home that day, the realtor went on vacation and left everything with her assistant. That was perfectly fine and understandable. That was September 13th 2024 and to this day I have never heard a word from her. No "How was your move in ", No "How did everything go with the closing", No "How do you like your new place", No "Thank you for allowing me to be your realtor or even a simple Thank you for your business" at the very least!!! I find this to be very unprofessional! She seems to be very young and maybe it's just a lack of experience but I could never in good conscience recommend this realtor group to anyone.

Danielle was my agent, advocate and eventual friend during the most challenging business experience of my life. When we first met , Danielle was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process - Sharing some things I hadn't known, and outlining expectations . During showings she was professional and attentive. She didn't supplant her own opinions, and even when I pressed her for thoughts on something, she gave insight while remaining objective. She knows a lot about homes and their features . She quickly got a grasp of what we were looking for, and was patient while we searched - putting a lot of miles in. She never made me feel as if I shared her attention or even that she had any other clients but us. When we found our dream home and got ours listed- Danielle really had her hands full. The market dropped a bit and things weren't moving as fast as she and I thought . Danielle talked me off a ledge many times.We seemed to hit obstacles at every turn. Our buyers were very difficult, their agent unprofessional and so many things required patience and creative solutions. Danielle was very sympathetic of my stress, while still maintaining professionalism and realistic optimism. Really, the only opportunity for improvement in our transactions were not as much a reflection of Danielle's performance but rather an indictment of the lack of professionalism in the others in the business. Because Danielle handles business the right way, we were at the mercy of the others who didn't. In the end, I think Danielle really felt true compassion for us and elation when we closed.

We weren't easy to work with, but Lauren and her team were great. She was very patient with all our questions and requests. She always responded with answers quickly. Her and her team were good about keeping us up to date on everything going on. We both had hectic schedules and she was and to really help us out with stuff like doing our late walk in and instruction. She made the process as easy as it could be.
