Eric Engdall was everything I needed in a real estate agent. He analyze the real estate market in my location and educated me so that he and I could agree on an asking price. He made helpful and educated suggestions about staging of the house in preparation for listing and he arranged for professional photography, including drone photos showing the overall size and location of the house and property. He told me in our first meeting that he would be present for every showing and he was. He learned the ins and outs of the property so that he could adequately represent what the home had to offer. He even hiked the 13 wooded acres surrounding the home so that he would be familiar with the terrain when talking and showing the same to potential buyers. This was an important element to the sale. Throughout the sales process, Eric demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism over and over, smoothing the contract process between buyer's agent, seller, and attorneys. He continued to smooth the path through inspection and again, was present for all inspections, home interior, exterior, septic, and well. Eric continued to smooth the sale process up to and through the closing. When there was a snag in communication between any of the parties, Eric intervened to solve the problem/communication. Eric is a very hardworking real estate professional with a great demeanor and the experience and intelligence that made me a satisfied seller. Eric helped my family relocate from North Carolina to CT. He was extremely knowledgeable about homes in the area, and upkeep of older homes that have wells, septic, basements, etc, which is something we were not used to in NC. We had only 1 weekend to tour homes before our move, and Eric made it happen, and helped us find the perfect home for our family. He went above and beyond to make sure I was updated on each step even though I was several states away for most of the transaction.
