We engaged Eric to sell our house with the understanding that his team would handle things in our absence as we were leaving MN. They were unresponsive (taking multiple days to get back to us or not getting back to us at all), disorganized (relegating us to work with a junior realtor "Derc"), unprofessional (firing their administrative help in the middle of our deal and leaving all of her for us unfinished), and ultimately unsuccessful (unable to get decent offers within the time frame). Our experience of their network was that their recommendations for people to handle things were expensive, slow to respond, and lacking in attention to detail. Their recommendations did not benefit us, their clients. I assumed that the recommendations must have helped Eric/Derc and their own network. Fulton Realty do not offer the attention to detail, market knowledge, pro-activity, creativity, and skill of other realtors; I recommend going elsewhere for a more professional team that honors and understands their fiduciary responsibility. At the very least, get yourself a realtor who you can get away from eventually. Beware their lack on negative reviews; they actively get negative reviews taken down on social media.
