Eric and Tatum were so patient in seeking out and researching homes in not only the appropriate price range, but also would not let us "settle" if they sensed the location or home wasn't absolutely perfect for our kids. They also were completely accommodating to our schedule, oftentimes dropping whatever they were doing in order to make viewing a home most convenient for us.
