Some were out of county, viewed on weekends or scheduled on a spur of the moment. Eric was with us the entire process, from beginning to end. His knowledge of the area and real estate procedures, paperwork etc. made our experience so much easier to understand. Another plus was his knowledge of home construction which allowed him to answer any questions we may have had while walking through a home. He also provided us with contacts regarding any need for well and home inspections etc. Thanks to Eric we found our new home.
