I may be New to real estate but I am not new to the area Having a background in Outdoor Advertising I was recruited by Jag Outdoor Advertising to come to Algoma as their new General Manager After my wife and I visited and fell in love with the small towns and the beautiful lake shore I accepted the position and we moved here in the summer of 2013 It has been an up and down ride to say the least The family I came to work for sold Jag in 2016 and I found myself working for the acquiring party as the GM for Wisconsin for right at a year New management led to a lot of changes and Poof I was going to be out of a job Instead I started a Billboard installation business and acquired the commercial sign division of my previous employer then opened a Craft Beer and Spirits Bar in Algoma Steele Street Hops Why sit around and wait to see what the future holdsBeing in Outdoor Advertising and Commercial Signage in Wisconsin has allowed me to travel up and down the Peninsula the Green Bay area Iron Mountain Tomahawk and we even installed down towards the Iowa border I have met a lot of great people here business owners property owners and the like It is fun to drive my family crazy as we drive in and around Door and Kewaunee county and I tell them we built that sign we installed that sign we designed that signSince we have moved here to North East Wisconsin I have coached high school volleyball for 6 years owned and operated a bar and restaurant presently own a sandwich shop and am now moving all my attention over to real estate All the while I have had the support of my wonderful wife of 27 years and 4 outstanding children We have made friendships that are the kind that show up at each others homes for impromptu cook outs or Bloody Marys after Church on Sunday We are a tight knit group both the Family and the Friends I may be returning to Real Estate but Business and getting Deals done is what I am good at Give me a call the worst that will happen is I will sell or find you a home orthe best well perhaps we become friends
