My experience with Eric was great and I would both work with him again and would recommend him to others. He answered all of my questions (sometimes he referred me to specific bullet points in the purchase contract to backup his answers). He didn't pressure me to purchase any particular property (just listed pros and cons and what he would do in my shoes) and didn't prod me to use any particular service provider (I've worked with agents who would for example push a mortgage officer or bank). He also always provided multiple options when I asked for recommendations and didn't push for me to use any of them e.g. when I asked for recommendations for house inspectors.

I chose Mr. Crutcher to represent me in selling my home based on all of his reviews. Being my last realtor's performance did not live up to my expectations and was mediocre, I was determined to find someone awesome this time. Turns out, he was even worse than the last. I am not sure how he has 5.0 reviews, or if it is just because everyone is used to the same customer service around that area. For starters, he listed my address wrong the day we went live, there were multiple mispelled words and run on sentences. I shouldn't have to proof read his work for him. And when pointed it out, he texted me 6 hours later stating his laptop is closed for the day, he has a viewing and it would need to wait until next week since it was Friday. I didn't even hear from him for over 2 weeks after that, and he still didn't fix the errors. If there was a showing, the request came directly to me for approval/disapproval. He never showed up to any to answer questions, never provided feedback to me from any potential buyers, and I'm fact he stated they can log in and provide feedback to me. Why would someone take their time to log in and provide feedback for a home they were not interested in? That is the realtor's job to coordinate with the buyers realtor. He didn't coordinate an open house until after my home was empty, there was no advertisement of it. He showed up 10 min late, Only 3 people showed up, and he didn't no set any ambiance, candles, beverages, water, light refreshments. The lights were not on and he was sitting in a fold up chair. I then told him that I no longer wanted to be represented by him, and he proceeded to send me an electronic bill for payment of $200 for the photographer. Our contract did not state thus agreement. When I finally received an offer, he didn't contact me until the next day to notify me. At closing, he attempted to tack on additional $500 admin fee for doorstep reality after already getting 13k in commission. He takes days to respond to texts, I would not recommend his services at all. My home would have sold probably earlier or anyway without him representing me.
