We were excited to work with Eric while selling our Franklin, MA home because of his knowledge of the area and for his straightforward approach. Eric and the entier Buliung group were extremely helpful in both selling my prior home and purchasing my new home. Eric's guidance was vital in both processes and helped guide me towards a higher sale price and lower purchase price than I had expected. I don't think the sale or purchase could have been much smoother.
