I was immediately impressed from my first meeting with Eric and his partner Lindsay. Their marketing plan was comprehensive. They gave me good direction on how to prepare the house to get it ready for market. Eric was ready to go the extra mile including some furniture moving as we staged the house for brochure photos. As we moved through a somewhat tricky sales process since my house was being sold primarily to first time buyers at a high price Eric's expertise helped me navigate the process. We secured an offer at asking price within 1 month after opening. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone looking for a realtor in the DC metro area. As a bonus the rest of the Wydler Brothers team from Emma in marketing to Kasia our closing coordinator were warm, professional and responsive.

Eric was our realtor when purchasing our home in Rockville in May 2018. He was absolutely wonderful!
