Eric helped me with the purchase of two houses, one in 2023 and one in 2024. I knew I was in good hands after our first meeting, despite a winter storm Eric arrived at the agreed palace at the agreed time. Working with Eric to find our very first home has been a blessing for us. We were very new to the area and he not only walked us through the process of homebuying step by step but also understood our requirements and finances and helped us buy a home which fits all our wishes perfectly. Eric was always very prompt on responding to our questions or concerns which ensures you that he really works hard for his clients to find them the right home. Eric was absolutely amazing, I plan on keeping his contact information because he will be the realtor I call when I'm ready to purchase my second home. As a first time home buyer new to the state of Texas I was feeling nervous, anxious and defeated. I wasn't the strongest competitor in this current market and after looking at different homes I was beginning to feel that I should wait a year before attempting to buy.
