Eric was a friend of mine that I knew from the neighborhood. I heard wonderful things about his realtor business so I decided to hire him as my agent :-). He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me to make the right decisions about when to offer, what to offer and negotiating with the seller's agent. He did his due diligence to make sure that I was eligible for a co-op before I went through all the board approvals. He also helped me through all of the questions of lengthy board package.
