ZillowVERIFIEDIf i can give Eric negative reviews I would. We had a buyer pull out of the sale due to Eric's poor work ethics and lack of communication. Refused to release up from out deal. 6 months later our house is still on the market but the bright side is our contract is up. Did not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner and only got updates when we asked for them.

He would definitely do his homework on the properties that we would go and look at. If he didn't have an answer to our question, it was definitely not long before he did.
