FAQ
Connect with an agent who can assess your needs and education you on the local market. Any agent who's not aware of what's taking place in the market cannot prepare you for a great home buying experience.
Hire an agent who knows the market, not one who brags about selling their listings in a matter of days. It is most likely the home was under priced to begin with! You want someone who can tell you how to prepare your home to receive top dollar, market it using the latest technology, and is a great communicator.
Move up/Move down sellers, New Construction buyers, 1st time home buyers.
One of my recent clients, a military family, started their unique home search with me online. You see, their daughter is a special needs child, and as she grows up, her need for a stable and safe home that offered a therapeutic setting became a growing priority for the family. On their first visit, I was able to locate them a multifamily home on 10 acres of land--enough room for her siblings to build homes and take care of their sister once their parents were no longer able to. It was an honor to serve those who serve us daily.
I started my career in real estate to help people achieve what they've always thought was impossible. Helping people learn what it takes to buy a home, what necessary changes (ie. budget, habits, etc...) are needed to get there, and achieve the American Dream keeps me going.
I am an avid learner of all things real estate, market trends, and buyer must-haves in every price point. I network with agents across the country, feeding into and learning from our collective experiences. There's no better training or education than being in the field and working it like there's no tomorrow.
