One of my favorite transactions of 2025.. a newly married couple wanting to buy their first home together. They didn't have the biggest budget but had high expectations-- rightfully so. The home we wrote their contract on ended up working out PERFECTLY! They now have a pool, tons of space for entertaining, and the absolute perfect home to bring their new baby in.. Yes, they found out they were expecting the week of closing! I was ecstatic and so very honored to be apart of their journey. They even invited me over to their new home to meet their new baby.
